All plans are sold “as is” at a discounted rate. Each plan set includes:

• Cover Sheet

• Floor Plan with full construction dimensioning, window and door sizing

• Elevations with recommended exterior finishes

• Roof Plan with truss, heel heights and plate heights

• Finish Floor Plan with recommended flooring coverings

• Thermal Analysis

• Simple Site Plan (customized to your individual lot)

• Electrical Plan

 

You will receive the plans in a PDF format. Plans DO NOT include engineering, but workable drawings can be sent to an engineer of your choice (engineer recommendations are also available). Last Draft Design retains the copyright of all purchased plans; plans are sold for construction of a single home, on a designated lot. For reusable plan, please contact us.
